Certificate of Ownership
Every issued copy of a Master Library edition is registered to a name and a number. The certificate seal is sha256(library seal | owner | copy | date | edition) — the same derivation certify.py uses inside the zip, so anyone holding the download can re-derive a certificate and confirm it. It is a receipt of origin — proof of which copy is yours and when it was issued. It unlocks nothing, and nothing here is copy-protected.
Certificates are issued by the publisher — automatically with a Complete Master Library purchase, and by hand for stewardship and governor copies. This page verifies them.

Verifying offline? The zip ships certify.py — python3 certify.py --owner "Ada Lovelace" --copy 7 --date 2026-07-29 --edition strategic re-derives the same seal locally, no network involved. View the specimen copy.
