Shapeable · The impact loop
One purchase. Two shipments.
Every qualifying commercial Complete Master Library purchase includes a second licensed software edition for an eligible nonprofit chosen by the buyer.
Someone chose you.
How it works
- 01
A commercial purchase
One Complete Master Library, $499, one time.
- 02
The buyer chooses
An eligible nonprofit that means something to them — or nominates one we have never heard of.
- 03
Verification
A nomination is not automatic. Eligibility is checked before anything ships.
- 04
SHPBL prepares the edition
A Stewardship Edition under the nonprofit licence — the same software, not a trimmed sample.
- 05
The nonprofit ships
They get software capability they can point at their own mission.
Who it is for
Organisations where software could plausibly make the work lighter — intake, scheduling, records, logistics, reporting, volunteers, donors.
- Animal shelters and rescues
- Food banks and pantries
- Youth organisations
- Local community services
- Conservation groups
- Educational nonprofits
- Civic tech
- Disability-service organisations
- Community health
- Local foundations
Nominate an organisation
Buyers may choose from participating organisations or nominate their own. A nomination asks for the organisation, its site, its location, a contact if you have one, why you chose it, an optional message to pass along — and whether your name may be shared at all.
Anonymity is fully supported. If you would rather they never know who chose them, they never will.
Stewardship, answered
How does the stewardship program work?+
Every qualifying commercial Complete Master Library purchase includes a second licensed edition for a nonprofit. At checkout you choose a participating organisation or nominate one yourself. We verify eligibility, prepare a Stewardship Edition, and ship it on your behalf. Your own digital delivery is never held up while that happens.
What exactly does the nonprofit receive?+
The same Master Library Set you bought — the engineered components, the discovery corpus, the strategic volumes, the evaluation instrument, provenance documents and checksums — delivered as a sealed download under the nonprofit licence. It is not a demo, a trial, or a trimmed sample.
How is the nonprofit's licence handled?+
The Stewardship Edition is issued as its own perpetual licence in the nonprofit's name for the release shipped. It is separate from your licence: you keep every right you paid for, and nothing on your side is consumed, shared, or transferred. Their edition permits internal use for their mission; resale, sublicensing and redistribution stay excluded, exactly as in the commercial terms.
Which organisations are eligible?+
Registered nonprofits and equivalent charitable organisations doing work where software could plausibly make the load lighter — intake, scheduling, records, logistics, reporting, volunteers, donors. A nomination is checked against the public record before anything ships, so it is never automatic.
Can I nominate an organisation that isn't on the list?+
Yes. The list is a starting shelf, not a limit. Give us the organisation, its site, its location, a contact if you have one, and why you chose it. If it checks out, it ships.
Will the nonprofit know who chose them?+
Only if you say so. You may include your name and a message, or stay completely anonymous. If you would rather they never know who chose them, they never will.
Does the second shipment cost me anything extra?+
No. It is included in the $499 one-time purchase. There is no surcharge, no matched donation request, and no subscription attached to either edition.
Is the Stewardship Edition a tax-deductible donation?+
No — treat it as included with your purchase rather than as a charitable contribution you made. We are the party providing the licence, and we make no tax representations. Ask your accountant before recording anything.
Still unsure whether an organisation qualifies? Ask before you buy, or read the licensing terms.
Do the right thing even when it isn't the easy thing
The act should still matter if nobody talks about it
The stewardship program creates business value, and we will not pretend otherwise. It also has to be worth doing on the day nobody notices. Both things are true, and only one of them is the reason.
