SHPBL issues two credentials and neither one is a password on a user account. The governor passphrase opens the Control Room. An agent key opens the MCP endpoint from inside the chatbot you already use — it is never typed into this site.

Control Room

The phrase is held for this browser session only and re-verified on the server for every action. Releases, orders, the register, the press, the runner, and Pulse all live behind it.

Agent keys (MCP)

A Practitioner key is shown once, on the page you land on after payment. The register keeps only its hash, so it can never be read back — paste it into your MCP client configuration, not into a form here.
